Beattie-Powers Place is an elegant Greek Revival villa built about 1835. Views of the Hudson River are nothing short of sensational. In addition to the classical rooms of the Beattie house, the six-acre park offers unique views and seclusion down a country lane from an historic village neighborhood.

A sit down event, inside the villa, is appropriate for up to 80 guests. An outdoor, tented event, overlooking the Hudson River is appropriate for up to 120 guests. When tenting a dinner reception, the inside of the villa may be used for cocktails, flowing out onto the back porch and overlooking the Hudson River.
