Since 1993, Mary Anne and Richard Erickson, owners of Blue Mountain Bistro Catering, have made life's great celebrations even better with sophisticated food and warm personal service.

Mediterranean cuisine is our inspiration: wow your guests with an authentic Spanish tapas and paella party, a French Provencal dinner, a Tuscan country buffet, or a Moroccan couscous wedding feast.

Chef/proprietor Richard Erickson lived and worked in Europe for many years and was a chef instructor at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. He also was head chef at Bistro du Nord, Metropolis Cafe, and Bar du Theatre. His food has been praised by New York Magazine, Bon Appetit, NY Daily News, and Gourmet Magazine as well as numerous local journals from Poughkeepsie to Albany.
