FOR YOUR EYES
1. Always remove eye make-up before going to sleep.
2. If you work on the computer for long periods of time, or spend too much time watching TV, looking at green plants as often as possible provides relief.
3. Try cleansing your eyes by peeling an onion. Although somewhat unpleasant, your own tears are actually the best cleanser for your eyes.

FOR YOUR NECK

   for DRY SKIN
1. Cut two large bananas in chunks. Put them into a blender with half the peel and one tablespoon of raw honey. Blend the ingredients until liquefied. Pat the mixture on your skin and let it dry for twenty minutes. Rinse of with cool water.
2. Mix equal parts of honey, fresh cream, or oats and almond paste. Pat the mixture on your skin and let it dry for twenty minutes. Rinse of with cool water.
3. Peel and pit several avocados. Place in the blender with one tablespoon of raw honey. Blend until liquefied. Pat the mixture on your skin and let for twenty minutes. Rinse of with cool water.
   for OILY SKIN
1. Wash two firm crisp apples. Core them without peeling, then cut the apples into quarters. Liquefy in a blender along with one tablespoon of lemon juice. Pat the mixture on your skin and allow to dry for twenty minutes.

Create a clarifying facial mask, which removes dead, dry skin cells on the surface of your phase and allows exposure of fresh, new skin:
Peel a ripe papaya and puree in a blender. Pat on the puree fruit, allowing it to dry for about twenty minutes. Rinse off with cool water.

Create a cleansing and bleaching mask:
1. Take the juice of two lemons and add it to one cup of buttermilk. Blend the mixture well. Pat the mixture onto the skin and allow to dry for twenty minutes. Rinse with cool water.
2. Liquefy one whole lemon and half an orange in a blender. Add a cup of plain yogurt. Blend the ingredients and pat onto the skin. Allow to dry and rinse with cool water.

FOR THE HAIR
Create a nourishment treatment:
Mash six bananas. Combine with two eggs, two teaspoons of olive oil and two teaspoons of fenugreek seeds. Apply mixture to the hair and cover with a shower cap. Shampoo as usual, after thirty minutes. Dry hair by brushing from the nape to the ends of the strands.

FOR HANDS AND FEET
Create a pedicure and manicure mixture:
Mix the following ingredients into a paste: one and a half teaspoon of oatmeal, one teaspoon warm water, one teaspoon of olive oil, one teaspoon of lemon juice and One teaspoon of glycerin. Apply the mixture to hands and feet for fifteen minutes. Rinse with warm water.
