Your Insert Page is designed and created by us. If you wish your Insert Page designed by someone else, you will need pre-approval from us and there may be an additional fee. HudsonValleyWeddings.com reserves the right not to accept an Insert Page that is not designed in-house by us.

Please note that a vendor must have an annual, paid-to-date Insert Page to maintain a banner, as it is the Insert Page to which a banner links. SUBMITTING YOUR MATERIALS
To submit text for an Insert Page, these are your options:
1. Write the text yourself and "tell us" not to touch it.
2. Write the text yourself and tell us we can tweak it.
3. Give us short phrases, bullet points (or ads, flyers, brochures with words and/phrases underlined or highlighted). We will write the text for you and send it to you for approval.
4. Let us go to your web site and do a re-write from there.
5. E-mail us the text in the message (body) of the E-mail. If that is not possible, fax the information to me (845) 336-6677, or mail it to us (120 Morey Hill Road, Kingston, NY 12401).

To submit images for an Insert Page
1. Images can be no more than 62,500 pixels total area, i.e., 250x250 pixels at 72 dpi
2. Images should be in jpg, GIF, or psd file type
3. Images can be sent as an attachment to individual E-mails to us at judy@hudsonvalleyweddings.com
4. Digital image can be mailed to us on a PC formatted disk
5. Logos must be camera-ready (really clean). A "stat" copy or "slick" may be available from your printer.
6. Images or photos should have lots of contrast, not too busy, 4x6, 5x7 (up to 8 x 10, if smaller's not available).
7. If materials are to be returned by mail , a self-addressed, stamped envelope must be included, so "I will remember" to return them.
8. If you do not have a logo or images, we can select some for them from our extensive (250,000) graphics/photo library.

To submit the 25 word description, for an Expanded Listing and/or a Plus Listing, these are your options:

If, despite the fact that we will design your ad as part of the fee you are paying, you wish to design your own Insert Page, or have a graphic designer do so for you, please review the following Parameters for Designing an Insert Page.
