Insert Page Parameters
with pre-approval by HudsonvalleyWeddings.com
for use by graphic designers
Text is limited to 100 words or less.
The text font is limited to Arial or Times New Roman.
Italics, bold, any size, any color of the text are permitted.
Text will be coded as text, not as an image.
Text should be mailed to us in the body of an E-mail message.
The background for the Page may be any color. Borders should be designed as 27" wide at 72 dpi.
The border itself on the left side, should be no more than 100 pixels wide.
Watermarks are not acceptable.
Images must be "stand-alone. No collages, groupings, or text overlays, please.
Images should be E-mailed attached to individual messages.
A logo, or business name in other than text is considered as and counted as an image.
Images should be saved at 72 dpi, jpg or gif files.
The size of an image should be calculated by multiplying the height by the width of the image,
at 72 dpi. The resulting figure must be 62,500 pixels, or less. For example, a 288 wide image, by 216 high (4" x 3") at
72 dpi, works either horizontally, or vertically. But, any height multiplied by any width at 72 dpi,
that stays under 62,500 pixels is fine (e.g., 305 x 204).
Double or triple-sized photos/images are acceptable and will "count" as 2 or 3 images, respectively.
The maximum Page width is 750 pixels.
If you wish, you may send a sketch (paper and pencil, or one large JPG) of how you want the Page to look and we
will recreate it as closely as possible, staying within the guidelines presented here.
We will code the Page in HTML. In order for us to do that, we will need each and all the elements of the
Page you are designing, individually (i.e., each image, background or border, text, etc.)
Alternatively, you may code the page in simple HTML, not using any generator.
At the bottom of the Page, we will add a link to your web site and a "Return to XXXXX Category."
HudsonValleyWeddings.com reserves the right not to accept an Insert Page that is not designed in-house by us and/or
to refuse, without cause, to work with any graphic designer, or web master. |
